Reservoir Communications Group is looking for a creative and visually inspiring Graphic Designer to craft engaging visuals for various print and digital platforms on behalf of a range of clients including corporations, trade associations and nonprofits in the healthcare sector.

Successful candidates will be energetic, focused and entrepreneurial, with strong written and verbal communications skills and a demonstrated ability to think creatively about complex topics. Previous healthcare communications and agency/consulting experience helpful but not required.
Location: Washington, D.C. (with remote work options)
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with team members to brainstorm and develop creative concepts for campaigns and deliverables.
- Develop visually appealing graphics for social media, print materials, email campaigns, PowerPoint presentations, and websites that capture attention and drive engagement.
- Collaborate with project managers and internal teams to create digital and print collateral including brochures, flyers, posters, fact sheets, reports, infographics, web ads, and other materials that effectively communicate client and campaign messages.
- Support production of multiple design files to meet paid media specs, file formats and file sizes.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.
- Ensure all designs align with client branding guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across materials.
- Coordinate with external vendors and printers as necessary.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3-5 years of experience in graphic design; in-house or agency experience preferred.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and Microsoft Office applications in a Mac OS environment.
- Experience designing digital display ads, social content, and other digital assets as well as print ads and out-of-home (OOH) media (such as point-of-sale posters and in-office collateral)
- Strong eye for detail and experience translating complex information into clear and engaging visuals for diverse audiences.
- Understanding of visual trends and ability to apply them to create innovative designs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and external clients.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bonus: experience in digital animation platforms, ability to work in WordPress, and/or knowledge of web design and user experience (UX) principles.
Salary and Benefits
An employee’s pay position within the salary range of $60,000-$80,000 will be based on several factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, specific title/role and other factors. This range is just one component of compensation, exclusive of bonus and other benefits such as healthcare, dental and vision coverage, paid time off and more.
