Paloma Losada brings a strong background in public affairs and policy research in support of her clients. From government agencies and think tanks to lobbying and public relations firms, she leverages experience advancing policy solutions across sectors.

Prior to Reservoir, Paloma conducted government relations and media relations for the Brookings Institution. At Brookings, she promoted complex research, policy recommendations, and analysis on a full range of public policy issues, including health care. While in college, she held internships at Holland & Knight LLP, APCO Worldwide’s Brussels office, the National Endowment for the Arts, and Congress. Having worked in a diverse range of offices and industries, she learned to find the narratives that connect stakeholders and spur creative collaboration.

Paloma graduated from American University with a B.A. in International Studies and a minor in Economics.
