Marlowe Galbraith

Senior Associate

Marlowe comes to Reservoir with a background in health policy consulting and epidemiology. She leverages her experience in the two spaces to help clients communicate complex healthcare issues and establish innovative policy solutions. Before joining Reservoir, Marlowe worked with Applied Policy, where she helped clients understand the business implications of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services’ regulations and specialized in coding, coverage, and reimbursement. Marlowe conducted research and analysis in a variety of health policy areas, concentrating on medical devices and diagnostic testing.

Marlowe also worked as an intern and research assistant at the Vermont Department of Health’s Infectious Disease Department as an undergraduate student. In these roles, she conducted state-level health surveillance, led research on the first statewide pulse oximetry study to assess COVID-19, and led research for a second study on Long COVID. Marlowe graduated from Penn State University with a B.A. in Political Science and minors in both Health Policy & Administration and Business.
