Claire wields a depth of experience in issue advocacy, coalition and stakeholder engagement, and strategic communications in support of Reservoir’s clients. Prior to joining Reservoir, Claire worked as AHIP’s Director of Public Affairs & Campaigns, managing a wide variety of advocacy campaigns and coalition efforts to advance and strengthen health care coverage. Campaign efforts directly supported AHIP’s top policy priorities, spanning nationwide grassroots activation, in-state and Beltway paid advertising, regional and national stakeholder activity, and large-scale digital programs. Claire started her career at Issue One, where she supported advocacy efforts to strengthen American democracy.

Claire holds a B.A. from the University of Delaware’s Biden School of Public Policy & Administration in both political science and public policy. Claire also participated in the University of Delaware’s Public Allies Apprenticeship through AmeriCorps, where she partnered with a Boys & Girls Club in Wilmington, DE to support the academic, social, and athletic achievement of underprivileged youth.
