Ruby brings a background in international government affairs and experience in stakeholder engagement and communicating complex policy issues to support clients at Reservoir.

Prior to joining Reservoir, Ruby worked for the Business Council for International Understanding (BCIU), a nonprofit focused on commercial diplomacy at the intersection of the public and private sectors. During her tenure at BCIU, Ruby worked with Fortune 500 companies to advance global business and highlight thought leadership. She held various roles that focused on issues of market access, policy advocacy, and sustainability. Most recently, Ruby developed the organization’s agriculture vertical and expanded programming around climate. In this role, she focused her efforts on resource optimization, supply chains, food security, and technology.   

Ruby has lived in Germany and Spain. She holds a B.A. in International Affairs and Economics from the George Washington University.
