Vaishali specializes in story-driven opinion research and strategy-informing insights. With about15 years of experience as a researcher, she has worked extensively with key stakeholders and the general public to develop strategic and actionable insights, which has helped organizations build their brand and communication strategies to drive awareness and perceptions.
Vaishali’s core work focuses on gathering insights, spanning corporate reputation, brand strategy, stakeholder alignment and issues management. In addition, she specializes in designing and executing research in supplier and client environments in the U.S., European and Asian markets.
Before joining Reservoir, Vaishali was the Insights Director at APCO Worldwide, the global public affairs and strategic communications firm. She managed the most extensive and longest-running corporate brand reputation tracker for a global healthcare giant. Prior to joining APCO, she was an accounts director for Perception Research (now Behaviorally), where she was involved in developing the go-to-market strategy for some of the world’s largest CPG companies.
Vaishali graduated with a Master of Arts Degree in Marketing from the University of Westminster, London, and a Master of Business Administration Degree from the University of Madras, India.
