Her strategic approach to recruiting stakeholders to advocate for healthcare policy reforms has significantly impacted state and federal policy outcomes on behalf of clients. She has a proven track record of leading successful campaigns, managing key client relationships, and driving legislative and policy changes.
Before relocating to Washington, D.C., Allison was a director at Moore in New Orleans, where she led significant public relations and advocacy projects across the Southeast. She played a key role in organizing one of Louisiana’s largest healthcare coalitions, skillfully navigating complex issues through strategic grassroots and grasstops engagement and effective media relations.
Earlier in her career, Allison was the Executive Director of Epilepsy Alliance Louisiana, where she co-founded and launched Epilepsy Alliance America. Her leadership extended to developing a physician advisory board and serving as the organization’s spokesperson, underscoring her commitment to patient advocacy and public health. Allison has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Mississippi and continues to participate in extensive volunteer work, including board memberships with various health organizations.
