Ashley Flint is a policy expert and strategist with nearly 15 years of experience advising life sciences companies on how to navigate a rapidly evolving policy environment to achieve business objectives. She leverages her deep expertise on federal and state policy issues, with a focus on Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) implementation, drug pricing, Medicare Part D, and the 340B program, to develop creative policy solutions and advocacy strategies for clients.

Before joining Reservoir, Ashley was a Principal at Avalere Health, working with several life sciences and health plan clients on drug pricing policy issues. Previously, Ashley served as Director of U.S. Policy & Analytics at AbbVie, where she led a team responsible for analyzing proposed federal and state policies related to above-brand market access issues and developing policy positions and strategies to advance business priorities. Earlier in her career, she was a Senior Director for Policy & Research at PhRMA, where she served as the Part D policy lead.

Ashley holds a MPP in health policy from the George Washington University and a BA in Political Science and Psychology from Emory University.
