Kaylin Hewitt

Associate

Kaylin Hewitt comes to Reservoir with a background in health policy and public health. She is passionate about shaping evidence-based health policy that incorporates both research and the lived experiences of those who are most impacted.

Most recently, Kaylin interned with Reservoir and supported client initiatives across stakeholders in the health industry. Prior to Reservoir, Kaylin interned at the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities, where she transformed complex Medicaid and Marketplace policy and advocacy topics into accessible content for lawmakers, stakeholders, and public audiences. Kaylin discovered her passion for health and policy while working at her local county health department as an undergraduate, where she supported community-focused work including a county health assessment and contact tracing during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Kaylin holds a Master’s in Public Policy with a Health Policy focus from American University, as well as a B.S. in Global Health with certificates in Health Policy, Public Policy, and Environmental Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
