Kelley Falisi brings a strong public relations background and extensive knowledge of the healthcare industry to Reservoir, where she supports clients with media strategy, corporate communications and advocacy communications.  

Before joining Reservoir, Kelley held roles with SHIFT Communications and AXON Communications, where she managed media relations and content development for a variety of healthcare clients, including large and mid-sized pharmaceutical companies, life science companies and nonprofit organizations.  

Throughout her career, she has helped organizations communicate around product launches, reputational crises, litigation scenarios and regulatory milestones in the U.S. and globally. She began her career in Philadelphia, where she executed media relations and event planning for local hospitals, health insurers and universities.  

Kelley graduated from Syracuse University’s S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications with a B.S. in Public Relations – a top-rated, accredited program that combines academic and professional training in communications writing, research, strategic planning, ethics, and law.
