Nicky Vogt Osborne brings extensive experience in public affairs, crisis communications, cybersecurity, strategic planning, finance, and advocacy campaigns.  

Prior to joining Reservoir, Nicky was the communications lead for Moody’s across a broad portfolio of sectors, including health care, cybersecurity, emerging tech, and AI, partnering with financial analysts on research ideation and creation, as well as crisis response. Previously, Nicky led communications for the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), leading efforts for the COVID-19 Task Force and Operation Warp Speed in addition to coordinating government response to major cyber incidents. Nicky’s early career focused on civil rights, non-profit, and advocacy clients.  

Nicky graduated from Wake Forest University with a B.A. in Politics and International Affairs and a double minor in Spanish and Psychology.
