Olivia joins Reservoir Communications Group with a background in public health advocacy, policy research, and strategic communications. She leverages her diverse experience within and outside of health policy to increase access to healthcare via advocacy and stakeholder engagement.

Previously, Olivia worked with grassroots stakeholders and Congressional offices to expand adolescent health policy and equity.  She has also worked as a research assistant at the Fitzhugh Mullan Institute for Workforce Equity where she conducted research on provider specialty within the Medicaid provider population so advocacy groups could better understand geographic coverage gaps.

Olivia earned her Master’s in Public Health at George Washington University. She also holds a BA in both History and Communication and Media Studies from the University of Michigan.
