Tulsi Ratnam is a skilled research professional utilizing data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making. Her background in mixed-methods research and data analytics across agencies and non-profits have helped clients shape their brand strategy and campaign messaging.

Prior to Reservoir, Tulsi was a Senior Research Analyst at APCO Worldwide, a global public affairs and strategic communications firm. There, she managed the data and analytics for one of the longest-running global reputation trackers, spanning 6 stakeholder groups across 15 markets, for a healthcare client. Before joining APCO Worldwide, Tulsi was a Research Associate at Intermedia Survey Institute – a nonprofit organization that conducted nationally representative surveys across Asia and Africa on behalf of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. She oversaw data collection for one of the largest household national surveys in India, supporting field training and pilot testing in New Delhi and Hyderabad. She excels at translating complex data and research into clear and thoughtful messaging.

Tulsi earned her Master of Science in Data Science from the University of Virginia.
