Tejasvi Hariharan comes to Reservoir with a background in public health, research, and strategic advocacy, with a particular interest in women’s health policy, stakeholder engagement, and health equity.
Prior to joining Reservoir full-time, Tejasvi interned with the firm, supporting a range of health policy clients through stakeholder mapping, legislative tracking, and the development of internal and external communications materials. She also completed health programming internships focused on strengthening health infrastructures, including a health policy and regulatory affairs role with Amrita Technologies. While studying abroad in London, she interned with Healthwatch Camden and conducted community health screenings, gaining firsthand experience designing and implementing programs to improve access to preventive services. She engaged with medical providers and health policy experts in Kingston, Jamaica, gaining insight into post-pandemic policy responses.
Tejasvi graduated from American University with a B.A. in Public Health, a minor in International Studies, and a certificate in Advanced Leadership Studies.
