Jenn brings experience leading and managing strategic health communications at the highest levels of government, and for a wide array of Reservoir clients across the health sector.

Through a decade of communications work, Jenn has worked at the intersection of critical public policy conversations and legislation. She's helped leaders respond to public health crises - including the opioid epidemic and the COVID-19 pandemic - and tackle key reforms spanning health insurance and information technology. Specifically, Jenn led the communications and media efforts surrounding the Comprehensive Addiction and Recovery Act (CARA), the 21st Century Cures Act, the FDA Reauthorization Act, and the SUPPORT for Patients and Communities Act, among others.

Most recently, Jenn was the Director of Public Affairs for the Office of the Surgeon General at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. In that role, Jenn oversaw all communications and media for the "Nation’s Doctor." Prior to that, she served as press secretary for the House Energy and Commerce Committee, leading all communications for both its health and oversight & investigations subcommittees.

Jenn has a B.A. in Journalism and Mass Communication and a B.S. in Political Science from St. Bonaventure University.
