Danielle Apfel brings extensive experience in advocacy and strategic communications across a wide range of issues in the health sector. She partners with clients to develop and execute tailored communication strategies that drive advocacy initiatives and grassroots campaigns, creating meaningful engagement with key stakeholders and empowering communities to take action.  

Prior to joining Reservoir, Danielle was an associate on AARP’s Campaign Outreach team, where she leveraged her expertise in communications and advocacy to advance family caregiving legislation at both the state and federal levels. She played a key role in increasing visibility around critical legislative issues and engaging caregiver advocates for impactful state and federal efforts.  

Danielle holds a Master’s in Legislative Affairs from George Washington University, where she also earned a B.A. in Political Science.
