Keishi Foecke

Senior Associate

Keishi Foecke brings a background in public health research, analysis, and translation, all with a focus on promoting equitable access to care. She is passionate about effectively translating complex health policies and topics into accessible messages for diverse audiences, as well as building meaningful partnerships to advance positive health outcomes.  

Before joining Reservoir, Keishi interned with the CDC’s Public Health Law Program, where she supported projects assessing the impact of national, state, and local laws and policies on health outcomes and disparities. She also served as a research assistant for the Center for Public Health Systems Science, where she contributed to the creation of tobacco control user guides for the CDC.  

Keishi holds a M.P.H. with a specialization in Health Policy Analysis from Washington University in St. Louis, where she also graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in Global Health and a minor in American Culture Studies.
