Patrick Kannan has built a professional career in finance and accounting with professional services companies, including those offering Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions, mainly in aerospace and defense (A&D), health care and life sciences, and the federal government sectors.

As CFO, he helps lead Reservoir’s continued growth strategy and is responsible for the financial operations of the company. Patrick joined Reservoir from OPEXUS, formerly AINS, where he served as CFO and supported its year-over-year growth as a technology solutions provider for federal, state, and local governments.

Patrick has more than 30 years of corporate management and finance experience including Accounting, Financial Planning and Analysis, Enterprise Reporting Systems, Legal and Contracts, and Back Office IT infrastructure. He holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from Radford University and is a Certified Public Accountant (Inactive).
