Peris Tushabe

Associate

Peris plays a key role in advancing the company’s health equity and stakeholder engagement initiatives. She brings a wealth of experience in public programming, partner relations and advocacy, and demonstrates a strong commitment to driving equity-focused solutions.

Before Reservoir, Peris was a program coordinator at PEN America, overseeing several of the organization’s youth initiatives and tackling a range of free expression issues in education, with an emphasis on equity and diversity. In this role, she developed curricula to educate young advocates on free expression and policy while planning and executing public programs in partnership with universities and community organizations across the country. Peris also cultivated and managed relationships with a variety of institutional partners nationwide.  Before her time at PEN America, Peris worked as a public programming assistant at the Frances Young Tang Teaching Museum.

Born and raised in Uganda, Peris graduated summa cum laude from Skidmore College with a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in French.
